Thank you so much for the shipment to our new puppy owner. His owners thought they had proper guidance and equipment and didn't want your products when he was picked up. Silly people.   

Much of my success with Sammies is due to your products:  the coat is never broken and there is no Sammy who can break even a 9/16" item.
