Should you find it defective under stresses of normal use, return it with a note explaining the problem and we'll repair, exchange or replace the item, whichever you prefer. Include with your return a description of the situation in which the product failed, i.e. tell how the product was being used. Before returning any of our washable nylon items, please wash the item. In some cases we may want to contact you with a question, so please also include your email address, or phone number. We want our equipment to work for you, contact us if you have a problem or a question. No exchanges or refunds on custom made items.

A note about snagging: our Soft Web^TM is snag resistant but not snag proof. Razor sharp puppy teeth and nails will snag our soft webbing, we recommend keeping nails trimmed.
