We offer prompt and economical delivery throughout the United States and Globally. Our geographically central location is a big plus!

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days (unless we’re at a dog show).

When you place an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number.

(If you don’t see the confirmation email in your Inbox, please check in your email system’s Spam or Junk folder.

UNITED STATES SHIPMENTS

We ship to all states, including AK, HI, PR and GU.

We use USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Priority Mail.
To expedite shipping to your address, please enter your zip+four in your shipping address when you order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We'll use the very economical USPS First Class Mail International on shipments of up to 4 pounds where it is available.

Delivery time can be as little as 10–14 working days from the time we process your order.

If it has been over 2 weeks from the time your order has shipped, check at the customs office in your country.
When there is a delay in delivery, oftentimes the package is being held in customs.

International shipment of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges.
